All candidate applications received by the company for any vacancy will be
professionally screened according to the job requirements relevant to vacancy.
Past and present work histories are verified.
Telephonic work references are conducted.
Academic and tertiary qualifications are verified.
Selected candidates will be personally interviewed by HCCS at your premises.
Once these candidates have been assessed by HCCS, a final short list of potential
candidates will then be submitted to your organization for a final round of interviewing
to then be conducted by the relevant management of your organization for the final
decision making process.
Provide a reply service to the candidate on behalf of the client.
Design and supply candidate application forms.
Offer a response e-mail address and fax number in order to handle all vacancy
responses which have been advertised by the company.
HCCS will also create advertisements for clients, place the ads in a print media of their
choice and thereafter handle all the responses.
